Clinical & Teaching Interests: 

Dr. Rahim joined Hawthorne Medical Associates in 2013 after practicing as a hospitalist at Athens Regional Medical Center from 2009 to 2013. Dr. Rahim was in private internal medicine practice from 2001 to 2009 in Commerce, Georgia where she was active in the Kiwanis, Youth Apprenticeship Program at Commerce High School, Relay for Life, and other community organizations.

Personal Interests: 

Dr. Rahim grew up in Pakistan. She moved to the United States in 1995 and became a United States citizen in 2010. She and her family live in Oconee County.
